AOC Alsace $20.95 (224204) 12.0% alcohol
This delightful gris has a light straw-yellow colour with a slight tinge of green. There are aromas of grapefruit and citrus peel on the nose joined by flavours of melon and clementine on the palate. It’s medium-to-full bodied with a mouth-watering acidity that delivers a fresh, lip-smacking, juicy finish. Enjoy with a serving of orange and fennel salad. (Dave Isaacs)
