It showcases well-integrated oak, deft balance, persistent purity of fruit and oodles of charm. White nectarine, green apple and melon wash over the palate adorned by minerality and crisp, clean lemon zest providing the lip-smacking finish. Pour alongside lemon chicken and root veggies. This is full flavoured with generous mouthfeel, purity of fruit and is, in a word, stunning. Aromas of Granny Smith apple, ripe pear and oaky notes provide segue to a gorgeous array of flavour blanketing the palate with ripe fruit—pear, apple and pineapple—interlaced with baking spice, buttery notes and a delightful surge of crisp, refreshing lemon zest on the beautifully balanced finish and aftertaste.
