Aromas of fig, dates and exotic incense set the stage for a mid-weight, creamy smooth mouthful of dark Bing cherry and bramble berry bathing the palate infusing the balanced and beautiful, lengthy aftertaste. It’s nicely structured with soft, fine-grained tannin along with crisp acidity and fruit galore. This is good to go now drinking well on its own and with the character and oomph to pair well with comfort food—fajitas, pizza, burgers and rotisserie chicken. (Vic Harradine)
