A cool fermentation in stainless steel tank set up this crisp, clean and refreshing gem. Aromas of melon and pit fruit interweaving with wisps of citrus and slate/mineral introduce a medium-weight, nicely textured and beautifully balanced wash of ripe apple and Bosc pear mingling with tangy grapefruit and notions of blood orange. The lengthy finish and aftertaste provide more of the same—mouth-watering and delicious. (Vic Harradine)

Rich, dark aromas of black currant, smoke and earthy notes herald a mid-full weight, generously textured mouthful of rich, luscious mulberry, black Bing cherry and dried currant mingling with baking spice and soft, fine-grained tannin. This value-packed, red blend—45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, 21% Cabernet Franc, 3% Syrah, 2% Malbec, 1% Petit Verdot—is structured, shows purity of fruit, delectable flavour and is perfectly balanced.
