Red cherry, rose petals, toast and spice dominate the aromas in this mid-weight, delicately textured Pinot. There’s a balanced flow of ripe strawberry and red raspberry with notions of red licorice caressing the palate. For now and the short term, there’s tannin on the savory finish and aftertaste, aerate/decant for two hours before serving. (Vic Harradine)
