This intriguing blend of 95% trebbiano and 5% pagadebit—a local grape variety— was fermented with indigenous yeast spending five months on its lees before bottling. Subtle aromas of zesty citrus accented with fresh herbs entice the nose while flavours of green apple, lemon and a lovely saline/mineral note refresh the palate.
