Opening with a subdued nose of floral, earthy and toasty notes, it delivers a steady stream of focused flavour and zesty tang. There’s sour cherry, beetroot and ripe cranberry that’s framed by a firm tannin structure. It finishes with a burst of red cherry fruit and sprigs of savoury spice.
