A Vintages Essentials product; it’s always available in selected LCBO stores. The pink-coral colour is a dazzling treat for the eye. The subtle aromas are primarily floral, spice and minerality. This hits its stride on the palate with a delicate, but steady, stream of piquant spice accompanied by citrus tang and spicy lemon zest. Medium in texture, weight and length of finish, it’s a well-balanced Rosé with good versatility at the table—on its own as an aperitif, or matched with light canapés, especially white meat, or seafood.
