What a difference a year has made, since last tasted, and not the only Pillitteri wine to have made great strides with just a bit more ageing. Orange blossom and honeysuckle aromas interweave with yellow pit fruit on the nose. It’s rich and flavourful with good mouth feel and a salad bowl of melon, peach and pear garnished with spice and excellent lemon acidity.
