The nose reflects the care taken in the selection and handling of the fruit—delicate aromas of ripe, fresh apple fruit without a hint of over-ripeness. This is very light and refreshing on the palate with a generous attack of mousse (made méthode champenoise) that carries along the acidity and fruit flavours with flair.
