A lifted nose of perfumed aromas will get you started on the right foot—ripe pear and red apple intertwine with Meyer lemon and notes of spring flowers. It dazzles the palate with a mouthful of delicious flavours with lemon curd and Key lime pie juxtaposed with grilled pineapple and blood orange. It’s balanced nicely with good texture and creamy smooth mouthfeel and a lengthy lip-smacking finish and mouth-watering aftertaste—crisp, clean and refreshing. This certainly reflects the dazzling 2020 vintage in all VQA Ontario appellations.
