Lifted aromas of peppery, piquant spice, iodine and charred cedar abound on the nose of this reserve cabernet franc. It blankets the palate with a tang-infused line of bracing acidity that intertwines with notions of cherry and black currant along with still-evolving tannin. It’s medium-plus bodied with good structure and a lingering lip-smacking finish and aftertaste. Aerate/decant for three hours serving with a well-seasoned and grilled medium-rare beef steak.
