It finishes clean, refreshing and lip-smacking delicious with an additional hint of lime. Pour on its own as a delightful aperitif or alongside roast chicken or pan-seared or grilled fish or seafood. (Vic Harradine)
• In the beginning, the raison d’être for 2027 Cellars was for their wines to be single varietal and ‘terroir driven’. Owner/Winemaker, Kevin Panagapka, thought he might try putting these three white grapes together and when he tasted it, he couldn’t resist bottling and offering the following wine to the public, although it’s quite ‘contrary’ to his original thesis. All that to say, don’t dawdle, this is delicious and the price-quality balance swings wildly in your favour.
