This 85% Cabernet Sauvignon / 15% Petit Verdot red blend rips from the glass with peppery spice and grilled herbs drenched in fresh red berry fruit aromas. It dazzles the palate with a firm and balanced wash of tang-laced red currant and pie cherry with wisps of kirsch liqueur and blueberry appearing on the dry aftertaste. This value-laden, dry-farmed Chardonnay saw not a splinter of oak. It showcases creamy-smooth mouth feel and gorgeous fruit flavour that’s pure and persistent from cork pop to last drop.
