Three prime vineyards were sourced for this perfumed and well-balanced white–and it’s all decked out in a spanking new label. Aromas of floral notes, citrus and notions of grassy nettles waft gently, preceding a gentle wash of tropical fruit, lemongrass and notions of gooseberry jam. It’s medium weight with good mouth feel and a mid-length finish. Pour with grilled calamari rings or pan-seared fish. (Vic Harradine)
