This is a terrific blend—94% Shiraz, 6% Viognier—from a top notch winery. It’s medium to full bodied, generously textured with spot-on balance. The spicy finish lingers and it’s mouth-watering delicious. Lovely on its own, rack of lamb makes it even better.
