This is quintessential Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from a top notch producer. It delivers an over-abundance of aromas and flavours. Grassy, lemony and sharp on the nose, it explodes on the palate in a gorgeous array of flavours with a salad bowl of tropical fruit, pink grapefruit and passion fruit to the fore. It’s deftly balanced, generously textured and finishes flavourful and full of zest. Absolutely delightful on its own, it also pairs well with pan-seared scallops and prawns under a squish of fresh lemon. (VH)
