Lively aromas of piquant spice and red berry fruit open a medium-bodied, nicely textured wash of flavour with sour cherry, red currant and tangy blood orange garnished with wisps of almond. It finishes in a blaze of racy citrus and spice. Pour this Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé on its own or alongside pan-seared salmon. (Vic Harradine)
