Mid weight with creamy texture and deft balance, it finishes in a blaze of mouth-watering tang. There are wisps of white grapefruit, flinty minerality and pineapple on the aftertaste. Aromas of spice, hints of honeysuckle and ripe melon presage a dazzling array of palate flavours—honeyed musk melon, lemon tang and ripe, white nectarine garnished with blood orange. This is medium-full bodied, full flavoured and fully textured, balanced and beautiful. There’s structure, finesse and purity of fruit throughout.
