This wine is fermented with wild yeast and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The result is a nose that sports aromas of lemon, butter and a nice touch of oak. It has a medium-full body and a creamy mouthfeel. Flavours of oak, lemon, and grapefruit abound. This is a nice wine to have with your weeknight roast chicken and potatoes. (Dave Isaacs)

With 12 months spent in French oak, this wine offers up an interesting nose of strawberry, moss, wet wood, and smoke. It has a medium body, with noticeable but relatively moderate tannins. There is a juicy acidity with flavours of raspberry that carry through to the finish. Pair with roast turkey with cranberry sauce. (Dave Isaacs)
