Flat Rock Pinot Noir 2018
VQA Twenty Mile Bench $21.95 (1545) 13.0% alcohol
Lifted aromas of rich ripe cherry/berry fruit interwoven with mixed spice and herbs abound on the nose of this value-packed pinot. A medium-weight, creamy-textured flow of ripe cherry and bramble berry flavours intertwine with piquant spice and grilled herbs. It coats the palate with flavours framed with excellent acidity and underpinned by soft, ripe tannin. This offers good purity of fruit and deft balance from cork pop to last drop… What’s not to like? (Vic Harradine)
