This is very dark plum in colour with strong aromas of earthy dried mushroom and black pepper. It’s full-bodied with lots of strawberry and vanilla flavours. A great balance of acidity and well-integrated tannins complete the package to make this a wonderful, crowd-pleasing Shiraz.
