This ‘traditional method’ sparkling Rosé underwent its second fermentation in the bottle and is a blend of 56% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay and a splash of Gamay. Aromas of strawberry, baking bread and red licorice introduce an elegant mousse of fine-bead bubbles infused with an array of racy flavour—red currant and cranberry mingle with peach skin and grilled, lightly sugared pink grapefruit. Produced from 100% Chardonnay, this is a classic, delivering lovely aromas of brioche, citrus and orchard fruit. Dry, mid-weight, the vibrant acidity and finely-wrought creamy mousse accent the flavours of citrus, green apple and pear. An equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, aged 12 months on the lees, this tantalizing Methode Traditionelle sparkling wine shows a complex nose reminiscent of rising bread, toasted nut, clover honey, citrus and pear. Dry, medium bodied, with a vibrant presence and creamy fine-beaded mousse, it’s zesty with citrus flavours and tangy apple skin, long and clean with a replay of toasted nut on the finish.
