Fielding Estate Pinot Noir 2009

Meticulous fruit selection from separate vineyards of 117 and 777 clones were hand harvested, vinified separately, aged eight months in new and French oak on lees blended and aged a further eight months in barrel before bottling unfined. Red berry and cherry aromas interweave with spice and toast. Flavours of red cherry, currant and cranberry bathe the palate infusing the dry, fruity aftertaste.
