Inniskillin 'Niagara Series' Pinot Noir 2005

This is a simple, well-made Pinot Noir, that's quite well priced. It's made in a lighter style, but it has Pinot typicity. Look for vibrant red cherry flavours with a little spiciness and depth, light tannins, and medium weight. It goes very well with roast chicken, and it's available from Wine Rack stores. (RP)

Tawse quickly established a reputation for its Pinots, and here's another success. The fruit here has depth, solidity and some elegance.
