Beet red, the wine offers an ethereal nose of earthy, smoky notes mingling with red cherry/berry fruit, vanilla and cocoa. Dry, medium bodied, round and savoury, the palate is awash with tasty berry fruit accented by spiced vanilla, smoky toast and a whiff of dark chocolate. Tawse ‘Spark’ Sparkling Wine Brut 2012

Plenty here to spark your interest—an alluring nose of delicate floral and mineral notes, a profusion of small-bead bubbles and delightful mouthful of soft, lime cordial, white peach and tangy lemon.
