Lime juice, honeydew and grapefruit aromas dominate the nose of this stainless steel fermented white. A thirst-quenching tangy wash of flavours totally aligned with the aroma profile treats the palate before developing midway through a nice white pepper note in the otherwise zesty crisp finish.
