VQA Niagara Peninsula $16.95 (223610) 12.0% alcohol
A mélange of inviting citrus aromas intertwine with floral notes and wisps of honey on the nose of this light-on-its-feet, easy-drinking white. The palate’s treated to a crisp, refreshing stream of Key lime and soft Meyer lemon on the palate, soon joined by racy grapefruit and blood orange on the finish and aftertaste. This pours well on its own and pairs with lighter-styled appetizers, seafood or blue-veined cheese or arugula salad dressed with olive oil under a generous sprinkling of crumbled chèvre.
