This proprietary red blend dishes up aromas and flavours of ripe dark fruit, peppery spice and espresso roast. This is smooth and creamy on the palate with great balance and loads of fruit—the price-quality balance tilts well in your favour. Aromas of black plum, baking spice and smoky notes set the table for a medium-plus bodied flow of rich luscious flavour with dried cherry and black berry to the fore robed in lip-smacking red berry tang and good structure. Aromas of pit fruit, pear and apple introduce a balanced, crisp, refreshing flow of nectarine and green apple mingling with lemon curd tang coating the palate infusing the lengthy finish and lip-smacking aftertaste. This was barrel fermented and gently aged in seasoned oak. It’s medium bodied with creamy-smooth texture and showcases delightful baking spice throughout.
